Every plan has a monthly and a yearly price, and the yearly price is exactly half. The pricing switch opens on yearly, and you can move it to monthly before you pay if you prefer to commit month by month. Yearly plans are charged once for twelve months; monthly plans renew every month on the same date.

How Stenograph counts minutes and limits

Limits measure consumption within your billing period. A dictated minute is counted when it is processed, and a transcribed minute is counted when the file or meeting is transcribed. Deleting a transcript, a note or your text history does not give minutes back, because the work has already been done. Your usage resets at the start of each billing period and is always visible in the app.

Each payment covers the period you choose, monthly or yearly, and payments are final. You can cancel any time from your account; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing renews after that. Team and Enterprise billing for firms and practices

One owner pays for the whole workspace, seats are assigned in the admin console, and every payment produces an invoice with your company details. Team is paid by card. Enterprise can also be paid by invoice, and a data processing agreement is sent by email on request to [email protected].

Which plan should I start with

Solo fits one person who mostly dictates. Pro fits someone who also transcribes meetings and recordings every week. Team and Enterprise fit groups that want shared vocabularies, an admin console and one bill.

Can I try it before paying

What happens when I reach a monthly limit

Stenograph tells you in the app before you run out and shows exactly what is left. When a limit is reached, that feature pauses until the next billing period, or you can move to a higher plan right away.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly

Yes. You can move from monthly to yearly at any time and pay the difference at once. Moving down takes effect at the end of the current period.

Do Team minutes belong to each person or to the team

They are pooled. All seats draw from one monthly allowance, and the usage report shows who used how much.

Is there a refund if I stop using it

Payments are final. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Our refund policy lists the narrow exceptions, such as a duplicate charge.

Do I need to talk to anyone to buy Enterprise

No. Enterprise has a published price and is bought online like every other plan. Invoice billing and the DPA are arranged by email after purchase.
